The icing on a cake that has been simmering since that parade in the EGO. Her style is an enhancer of femininity and her work is characterized by having expert hands in producing unique pieces. One of these artisans is precisely one of her recommendations to take note of: "Nati Rodríguez and her brand of Kabuki accessories".
Leandro Cano tells Vanity Fair what garment is not missing in his closet this (or any autumn) and this is a traditional loden. "This Austrian coat goes well in any color although I, personally, keep the green tone." In it you will find pieces from all periods, from the 60s to the 90s, and some decorative items. With a resume like this behind her back, she does not disappoint when she talks about her favorite garment or accessory: "I love scarves, they are one of my favorite accessories when it comes to combining and, above all, making different looks. For me, when choosing a handkerchief, it is very important to knit and print it. I love Chanel or Loewe vintage. Above all, I appreciate when these are silk, the fall of the fabric is totally different from the others. These vintage handkerchiefs can be found on platforms such as Vestiaire Collective or The Real Real. "
As for the autumn garment, Bernad has it clear. If there is something that never fails is "my oversize long coat with shoulder pads, in camel color. It is always a success. And the place where the Spanish influencer and designer finds peace and inspiration is La Fugitiva "a café / bookshop in Madrid where I love to escape to read or to discover art books and spend the afternoon having a coffee in winter. In addition, it is close to the Reina Sofía Museum, which you can visit on the same day. It is a very special place."
THE FRENCH ALLURE MORE CASTIZO
Alvarno landed in Madrid in September 2010, when they presented their first collection at the Palacio de Fernán Núñez. Arnaud Maillard and Álvaro Castejón coincided in the Lagerfeld workshops in Paris. While the former continued to work for the Kaiser for 15 more years, Castejon went to Fendi. In 2007 Maillard opened Le Fabourg in Madrid, the vintage store that treasured true high fashion treasures from other decades in Chueca. In Madrid they met again and decided to found Alvarno, a brand that from that first collection was the air of Parisian elegance and allure adapted to the Spanish woman who so needed our fashion. The revolution. From 2013 to 2016 they combined their work in the brand with the creative direction of Azzaro and were the winners for two consecutive years of the L'Oreal Award for the Best Collection. His good taste is indisputable so the garment that for them is a symbol of elegance is a valuable knowledge: "In our closet never lack an impeccable white shirt. A must-have for both men and women. " His creations have a lot of well-tended fabrics and craft applications, of details in short. And what accessory firms are among the Alvarno's favorites? A relevant fact if the style of Castejón-Maillard is your reference, notes: "We are very fans of Inés Sainz. A Spanish jewelry designer working between Madrid and Bogotá. He has an overwhelming personality and his creations are inspired by nature. Flowers, leaves and abstract forms inlaid with rough emeralds, pearls ... It manages to give its pieces a rustic and exquisite finish at the same time. "
In their continuous trips to Paris, where they lived for many years, the Alvarno treasured countless addresses, but when asked for one, the designers warn that the visit to the city of light should be imminent: " Whenever we go to Paris there is a must see place. Colette who has just announced that she will close after 20 years, so we'll have to go and say goodbye soon! Arnaud was on the day of the opening and remembers that they were still cleaning the store. At that time you could not imagine what it has become. A pioneer in the multi-brand concept, you are always surprised by the selection, the shop windows, the special collaborations ... a visual and aesthetic pleasure that will remain in our memory. "
With all these data, you have no excuse to have the infallible autumn wardrobe and frequent the place to be of designers and influencers.
