In many occasions we let ourselves be carried by a frame of pretty sunglasses without regard to other conditions and without measuring the impact that these can generate in the future, because most likely do not meet the conditions of sun glasses and we thinking yes or using them as if they were, leaving aside the true protection that should be in the eyes of the sun.

The lenses according to the experts are classified into several categories ranging from 0 to 4 being 0 the lightest and 4 the darkest. This is the classification given to the sunscreen according to its intensity regardless of color. • LENSES CATEGORY 0 Here we find all sun glasses whose lenses are not colorless or have a slight color. 
• LENSES CATEGORY 1 In this classification we find those lenses whose color is very soft so soft that they can be used in any scenario but they are not suitable to mitigate the solar radiation. 
• LENS CATEGORY 2 Its shade is a bit darker, ideal for use outside the home and with medium lighting. 
• LENSES CATEGORY 3 In most optics this category is usually offered because they are very suitable for mitigating the solar impact, they adequately protect the eyes and are comfortable in sun exposure. 
• LENSES CATEGORY 4 They are very dark tones with lenses ideal for places that have too much light, that are very exposed to solar radiation, its disadvantage is that being so dark is not advisable to handle or read with them. 

It is valid to bring to the subject the lenses that we know as transition that darken in clarity, in places where there is greater sun exposure and darken indoors, normally these lenses handle two categories one for when they are clear and another for when they get dark: 0-3 and 2-4. These are ideal because they adapt to the event, being ideal for any case offering excellent protection to solar radiation. 

Remember that we can find them in different shades or colors, the important thing is that they effectively offer protection against Uv rays, which meets the minimum standards established and that adapt to your style and daily work.
